The classic 3DS XL offers the same large screen as the New 3DS XL and a near-identical catalog. The New adds a faster processor, a C-stick and a few exclusives like Xenoblade Chronicles 3D. To enjoy Mario Kart 7, Pokémon or Zelda at the best price, the classic 3DS XL remains the smartest choice.
