Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt to change your mind, without having to justify your decision or pay a penalty.

How to return?

Contact us by email to obtain the return address. The package must be in its original condition, well packaged.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Insured shipping is strongly recommended
  • Notify the return by email in advance

Refund

Upon receipt and verification of the return, the refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

30-day warranty

All our consoles are covered by a 30-day warranty after receipt. Any technical issue is addressed: repair, replacement, or refund.

Our after-sales service responds within 24 hours by email. Describe your problem and attach photos if needed — we find a quick solution.

Exceptions

Custom-configured consoles are not eligible for the right of withdrawal, except in the case of a technical defect found upon receipt.
