Article 2 — Products
The products offered are refurbished and/or customized game consoles. Stocks being limited, any order is subject to availability at the time of validation. The photographs are contractual within the limits of the artisanal nature of the customizations.
Article 3 — Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€). VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the CGI (VAT exemption) — no VAT is therefore charged. Delivery is free for purchases over €199. Below this amount, delivery fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Article 4 — Order
The order is final upon receipt of the confirmation email. Yochamida reserves the right to cancel any order in case of product unavailability, with a full refund within 14 days.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is made online via the methods offered at checkout, all secured by SSL encryption. The debit occurs upon order validation.
Article 6 — Delivery
Shipping within 24 to 48 working hours from France, via Colissimo or Mondial Relay. Estimated time: 2 to 4 working days. Service areas: mainland France and Belgium. A tracking number is sent by email as soon as the shipment is made. Yochamida cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers.
Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty. Notification to be sent by email to yochamida@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Refunds are made within 14 days from receipt of the return.
Exception: Custom-configured consoles are excluded from the right of withdrawal, except for technical defects noted upon receipt (art. L221-28 of the Consumer Code).
Article 8 — Legal Warranties
All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (art. L217-4 to L217-12 C. Conso.) and the warranty against hidden defects (art. 1641 to 1648 C. Civil). In addition, Yochamida offers a 30-day commercial warranty on any technical defect noted after receipt.
Article 9 — After-Sales Service

Article 10 — Disputes
In case of a dispute not resolved amicably, the Customer can resort to free consumer mediation via www.mediation-conso.fr. French law is applicable. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of French courts.
